I have a knot sheath similar to the ones above (just without the shaft), and I find the flat ball ring and hole doesn't fit well and it slides off unless your fully hard, which might not be good if you want to wear it while flaccid. Also silicone is cold so might not be comfortable on your member ?

Half way tempted to make one myself nglI'd love to see someone make this sorta thing with a bit more realistic texture on the outside. Also a nice furry "non-erect" sheath would be fun to wear, especially with fuzzy balls...

Lol I was in two minds about the sheath, but made mine attached to the boxers for the full length, so it points straight up. I kinda wish the sheath was floppy now, but I could always make another. Having it pointing up does have a plus, in that it's easy to hide a boner
The hardest part to make was the ball sack, I just used my dog's tennis ball as a guide ?
