Most realistic masturbators I'm aware of are the American meat ones. I've got both the 2 hole canine and the 2 hole Cheval, and find they work insanely well.

Bad dragon stuff I find is crap, the silicone is too firm and uncomfortable, and it tears easily.

Other good places to check out may be Naughtyfox Toys (I love the quality of their products) and Weredog (buddy of mine swears by them)

I'm interested to see what others have to say, always on the search for fantastic toy makers myself!

If you want something unique, I know that gaudygryphon has a model for a raptor (that I need to get for myself sometime >:3c), should fit into your category, except I'm not sure if you'd really consider it female? Idk, irregardless you should give them a look ^-^
