Lock out of my old account

Idk if anyone knows what I should do. I updated my password here and on my email and I totally forgot it…I don’t have like a backup thing for my email cause I’m dumb, is there anything people can suggest I do to get my account back? I’m specifically more concerned about this one😅idk if the Mods can do anything about it
