It's the game Two Truths & A Lie. You write down 3 things, one of them is a lie and people guess which one it is. Upon guessing correctly they then reply with their 3 things and so the game continues. It's more fun in real life where you dont have to wait for someone to get it right. Though they seem to be kinda free balling it here, guessing and adding their own before it can be verified correct or not.

Nope. The first one is a lie.
You still have a bullet in your chest. If that was the case, internal bleeding is a strong likelihood. So I am going with that as the lie.
