Inserting animals into anus - any non cruel options?

There are plenty of video of everything from eels, leeches, roaches being shoved up someones ass but the animal always dies, either they are already dead or they drown/suffoate and thats horrible.

Are there any animals that can actually survive inside a humans ass aside from like tape worms...
Or protect them, like fill myself with saltwater and be a human fish tank for a few minutes.

I love the idea of an animal like a snail or eel slithering around inside me but i dont wanna hurt or kill them.
