Information above the 'banned' sign

The Zooville team could provide users with the reasons for another member's ban: when the user hovers over the 'banned' sign, the reason and information on whether the ban is temporary or permanent wuold appear.

We could differentiate between people who were warned about miror errors and people who were bannhed forever

Things like this either have to exist as a plugin that is compatible with the old forum software or they would have to be custom implemented by the admins (not mods) which nobody is going to do.
