Inflatable horse dildo?

I’ve seen elypse arts inflatable horse dildo, but I’m wondering if anyone has every seen one where JUST the head or Flare inflates. I see all these inflatable knots and was curious!

I hope someone does, and if not I hope I see one in the future!!!

A knot and a flare are 2 completely different structures. Inflatables can't work like that without a hard uncomfortable barrier in place to restrict the shape from expanding in a sphere.

I was hoping for one that at least had an inflatable head :/
Which would turn into a giant ball on the head that looked nothing like a flare. Air inflates things into a sphere, path of least resistance, that's basic physics.

True about the physics - if the ‘flare’ is a sort of balloon.
To make it realistic the flare has to be filled with a foam in the right form and is expanded by air or fluid through a tube.

It would still expand by the path of least resistance. So unless you make the surface of the head a rigid material, that will be equally the path of least resistance as the sides and will expand into a balloon.

A knot at the base "works" because the shaft above and below it are more solid than the sides so it primarily expands the sides. I put "works" in quotes because it's still not accurate to a knot. A knot has 2 lobes which expand in an oblong shape. Inflatable knot toys just make a symmetrical balloon at the base, like any generic inflatable plug.

I was thinking in the line of the expandable foam in a “Self inflating foam mattress” (InsulAmat)
It is given the final form in the production and then the mattress is compressed. When air is released into it, it will expand to the final form.
Before use you compress the flair and block the tube until you want the flair, which will come when unblocking the tube.
But you can’t ‘unswell’ it when inside. A real stallion still have a flair when he pulls out.

Such a foam would also not be able to on its own exert enough pressure to expand whatever rubber or silicon material, to say nothing of your innards, that is surrounding it. So you'd need a pump device to pressurize the cavity the foam is contained in, and that pressure would then turn it into a path of least resistance balloon.

I have such a mattress and the foam expands by self sucking air in and to the form given at the factory. If I inflate more it just gets firmer.
To make a stallion ‘penis’ it will require to embed this foam in silicone and that could be a challenge.
Never mind - I think our discussion has reached an end. And let the factories find out.

Ok I'm just spitballing but what if the flair was cast already flared with a cavity inside that could be vacuumed? I know these things are never really gunna be fully accurate but would still be fun for the fantasy goer

I actually disagree with the assumption it's impossible to make a flare not round when inflated without it being super rigid or whatever.

the simplest proof of that is the fact Flares exist at all. Same fluid dynamics apply to a real penis as a toy. If the internal structure is right you definitely can make a realistic flare Without it needing to be too rigid.

Thicker in some areas... Thinner in others... It could work. However it is a process of manufacturing complexity... I have already been experimenting with making toys that have shafts thay can realistically swell with good Success.

Flares eventually will be something else I'll tackle too. It all comes down to feasibility more than anything else.

agree for sure, would be hard but could be a money spinner with some R&D

Wait, so you are currently working on developing inflatable toys? How is it coming along?

Yes, or different types. And have had good success with some of my test. However I don't have the free time at the moment or spare funding to continue.

Silicone is quite expensive and to do larger scale prototypes can take $80 or more in it for each one.

If you get a functional prototype I may be interested in it, even if it would be a “flop”
