To be honest, I am more afraid of the bacculum than the knot. Knot is easy to prepare for. That comes with knowing how big your boy is and making sure you can take a toy of that size. Patience, time, and preparation is all that takes. When it comes to avoiding getting jabbed by the penis bone, that is trickier and dependent on more things out of your control.
