how was your day?

Spent most of the day reading, finished Blood Pact by Tanya Huff which I started on Thursday. Have now read all 5 novels in the series, now just have the short story collection Blood Banked left, which I plan on reading tomorrow.

that's impressive, I have tried to get into reading but I either don't have the time or I lose interest in the book (audio books don't work for me)

Told myself early last year that I needed to start reading more, and I did. First few months of the year I spent getting through the remained of the manga I *wanted* to read, which I'd started strong on in mid '21. Hit novels starting in March/April-ish. Between then and the end of the year I read 52 novels. So far this year I've read 3, if I get through all of Blood Banked tomorrow as I intend to it'll be 4 in 8 days.

What a nice thread, and thank-you for asking. My day was a pleasant mix of quality time with my housemates, reading, working on my next ZV story and a little TV. More quality time now, and that will be it. Sleep.
 
I cleaned in the morning, then I bathed, I had sex with one of my beautiful dog, then I ate, and then we went for a long walk. We are resting now. I'll eat again later, and they'll get to eat too.
 
spent most of my afternoon at my mother's place. she has about year and a half to live so i'm spending as much time with her as possible. we've had lunch together then coffee and watched some tv and chatted. then i went home, walked the dogs, had a kinda successful "can you mount me properly?" session with the boy (he's very clumsy so we're going very slowly). had a shower, made us a dinner and then played a bunch of world of warcraft with a friend of mine. the new expansion kinda grabbed me and it's nice to have something sort of mindless to do to keep all the stuff that's currently happening out of my head... the usual stuff like my mother being terminally ill, my girl having two malignant tumors and me being out of work since november. i have "overexertion-induced scoliosis" in my lower back and am still in line for a rehabilitation appointment. it's only january and i already fucking hate this year.

Well since you asked, I had a good day at work but afterwards I had to break off a long standing fwb arrangement I had with a guy nearby. It's a bit of a long story but the TLDR of it all breaks down to neither of us getting what we want from the arrangement and his escalating drug use has cost him my trust. So the second half of the day was kinda lame but it started on a high note. Feels good to just get it out there
 
Very nice weekend. Just enough rest, just enough sex, very happy.
It is my wish for everyone to be this happy.
 
Doing server stuff, some cuddle time with the doggo. Yesterday did a little something with an AI voiceover. The chat page was overhauled a little bit with two walk thru videos on element. The site should work on their loophole since I was able to just download them with Inspect element. hehe.
