How many of us are there?

Look around this site at the massive amount of content (people involved) as well as my private collection I often find myself wondering just how many Zoos there are in the world. There are those of us on here but then there are so many that live in secret.

The internet has definitely lent a hand in helping people to realize they love zoo. Not to mention it’s educational benefits for new comers. Before that, it was figure it out on your own or if you were lucky get your hands on a zoo magazine. So what do you think? is there any data out there for the 2000s? What percentage of the population do you think part of the zoo nation?

Example the USA has a population of approximately 350 million if only 2% were zoo the that gives a number of 7 million. Do you think that number is higher
 
Purportedly, this number is pretty small, like 2%, as you noted earlier. Of course, I’m not exactly certain how that one determined, as it’s not as though the yearly census taker also asks if you fuck dogs. 🤷‍♂️

I believe anonymous studies were done with college students in the 70s. So they just estimated. Now 50 years later the new generations have a vast data base of zoo porn a few key strokes away I am sure the % is higher as people are discovering that they have a kink they never knew they had.

Well, I think to be fair, it might be more accurate to say that they are now embracing a kink that they previously didn’t, less so one they never had. 😉 of course, that’s just my take on things. But you’re right, there is certainly more data and more technology these days to collect said data, so the figures of modern times are undoubtedly higher.
 
Sad that we will never know the true numbers since most people would never be willing to answer honestly in any official survey.
 
There are probably only two questions in the world.

1,How many active zoos are there
2.Are we alone in the universe (and should we get an answer one day, I can guarantee that this question will be answered first).
 
Human beings are horny creatures. I guarantee there are more excited by the idea of sex with an animal than will admit it. Imagine how many have thought about it but dismissed it because of societal pressure. Look at how quickly the number of gay and trans ppl just exploded once being queer became something that wouldn't get you beaten to death in the street anymore (in the western civilizations anyway). The number of left handed ppl magically rose as well once schools stopped physically abusing you for being a lefty and forcing right handedness.

I know the LGBTQ ppl don't really want us under their banner but I consider us to just be another kind of "queer" and that we fall under the Q category along with quite a lot of us being in the LGB and T as well.

I'm glad this site exists as a sort of support group. It helped my mental health a lot to know I wasn't alone and I think it made it easier for my partner to be more accepting once they saw that there were others as well.

You're not alone. You're not a freak. But you do still need to keep that little secret to yourself... for now.

This site's existence helped your partner be more accepting about your attraction to animals? May I ask how your partner found out in the first place? I'm always curious about people sharing with their partner/spouse/etc and how it came about. To me its a terrifying thought.

I told them after much hinting and slowly getting them used to me looking at furry porn of anthropomorphic characters. Years of being a dependable honest partner helped a lot. If your relationship is on the rocks already, might not want to bring it up LOL
