Not experienced myself but from what people have told me yes, although orgasms can be experienced in many different ways of course, depending on mood, envrionment, positions, emotional connection, what else is going on etc. But I’ve been told that the knot being a constant stimulus for a long period of time can make orgasms feel like waves, varying in intensity.
