I’m trying to find some people in my area but I’m not sure how to go about it.
How do you find beast friends or owners in your area?

Just be yourself and chat with people. Don't get overly personal until you're certain you can trust them. Don't try to meet up till after you have been talking to them for at least a few months to a year. Start with pms and eventually move to an app like telegram or my preferred app wire. Then after getting more personal and maybe trading some stories I like to call and video chat just as a next logical step. Then after a few months of texting and video chatting I'd ask if someone would want to meet in public. After meeting in public a few times and you getting to know me and my companion in person on a trail or park a few times as in a dozen or so I'd invite you to my place to hang out.
However it all comes down to how you carry yourself and if you ever get past tourist rank. Otherwise don't contact me wanting to meet because I have no clue if you're an actual person, a creep, or a scam. People who mostly post in the porn section and meet up section don't get attention because it looks like all you care about is getting that experience.
