How can you tell your dog views you as a mate instead of a parental figure?

I actually have two types of opinions on this. It’s very late and I’m quite tired but can’t sleep so bare with me lol
I have multiple dogs but I’m only romantic with one of them.
Two of the 4 I see as my literal children and can’t imagine being sexual with them. They love me like I’m a parent and it’s not a romantic / sexual bond nor is there ever any intention on either part.
But with my girl for example, I got her when she was already past the puppy stage, we had an instant connection and she become a Velcro dog. But she is INSANELY sexual and ONLY with me. She would literally force herself onto me and always be trying to hump or lick me.
She loves me, respects me, trusts me, and is romantically in love with me too. I am her mate.
