I have a friend, and we have a shared fetish and love for feral furry porn (among many other commonalities ofcourse) but I am also a zoophile. Thing is, I don't know if he is. The subject never came up. I feel like we have both been avoiding it. I don't know if that's because he is one secretly and doesnt want me to know (like me so far) or that he is afraid that i am one and doesnt want to know that. I do have a zoophile friend, but he's a long distance online friend i dont speak much with, so I'd love to have someone to share this interest with IRL. (Neither of us has an animal) Does anyone know how to best approach such a situation?

I'm not to sure but maybe find a way to bring up something that involves zoophilia and see how they react. Like maybe a news story or a joke or could even make something up just to get the subject open. Sorta dance around the subject when you get the chance, never know they might open up to you about it. Just don't be way too obvious

I would fear way more someone that is a "non zoo that likes feral" than a true non zoo.
Because the "non zoo that likes feral" is twisted. He can have strong emotional reactions to protect himself.
Having a non-zoo friend that knows makes my life better. I don't feel like a shit thanks to him.
But don't mess up. Getting stuck with someone that judges you is way more horrible.

Second the joke idea! They're is also quite a few nice zooey and freal memes that can be found on this site as well.
Having something like that in common with your friend could work out to be a huge positive for the both of you. On the other hand if they're an ignorant asshole that could be bad like has been allready pointed out by some.
Also I personally find it a lot easier to bring up that I don't inherntly find zoosexual relationships to be wrong, than bringing up that I am in one of those relationships my self

But I would say that after some sort of zoo joke.
Most people are like “bro wtffffff”…others would laugh, joke back, etc —always a different reaction. I’ve said it to around 7 people total in my life time lol
But I wouldn’t do a joke like that if I wasn’t close friends with the person. These are people that I have a strong foundation with and we have similar wild humor.
One friend I did this exact “joke” to actually drunkenly told me he let his dog lick him to know what it was like. He said they made him cum. It was his two dogs.
To which I said
“No fuckin wayyyyy— did you like it”
And he said “eh it was alright, I felt weird after”
Then he started telling me some other random secrets LOL
But unfortunately he never brought it up again so I still dunno if he’s zoo or not which is sad
It could have been my first IRL zoo friend
