Super hyped to see such a large community and everyone on here seems so respectful! The rules encouraging ethical behavior is amazing. Zoo could be abuse in the same ways it can be within our own species but this forum seems to understand what it means to consent and it’s about pleasure to both parties. Absolutely fantastic
It’s obviously a hard thing to admit and the shame that comes with accepting your own sexual preferences due to societal norms being so against it is mortifying. Not for a fear of being judged but rather the internal conflict that comes with the questions of “are we bad people?” and “have we rationalized these preferences for our own sanity?” but being on this forum for a little while has made me confident in the fact that all negative associations with zoo come from a place of lack-of-understanding. Although we are much further off from being accepted into society the same way homosexuality has, we are also just as valid in our experience.
p.s. Does anyone elses autocorrect on this forum go wild
randomly changing words to completely misspelled versions, swapping letters etc
