Hemorrhoids and Anal Knotting

Gross I know, but here it goes....

I'm a male, and I REALLY want to be knotted by a male dog.

Thing is, I've got REALLY bad hemorrhoids. I may have them operated on in a few months.

My question is: Has anyone here suffered from bad roads and at any point been able to be anally knotted by a dog and it NOT hurt and bleed like hell?
