Help with a male dog ? (f owner)

Hi everyone. I'm new, inexperienced, and need a little help. I own a Pit, although he may have some boxer in him. He was neutered (not by my choice, I know it's frowned upon). He is very hyper and absolutely loves me, but not sure what I can and can't do with him.

You can wreste with him, throw him a ball,...
In terms of sex probably not much. "Fixed" animals loose their sex drive. Some are able to get an erection and ejaculate the 1st and 3rd fraction but their sex drive goes away over time. That is why people mutilate their animals in this way.
You can try playing with his sheath and see whether he likes it or not. You can try grabbing firmly behind the knot and see if he starts getting an erection. But I would expect his interest to fade over time.
He may still enjoy some gentle sheath massage though.
