Hey there! I'm excited to join this site and look forward to meeting and chatting with other like minded folks.
I'm a gay guy in my 50s, live in Ohio and have recently been focusing on getting back into the zoo game. I had a few connections many years ago, but for a number of reasons, had to stop pursuing my appreciation for dogs. My favorite pups are Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dalmations, Huskies and my fantasy would be a wolf.
I started my journey when I was 14. I was dog sitting for my uncle and his Weimaraner was not neutered. I guess he planned to breed him some day, but that never happened. I was fascinated with him from the get go. It started slowly as I explored him and what I could get away with. Over time I developed his trust and I would finally go for broke. Side note, this is in the 80s - no internet, no place to learn about this, not something you ask about at the library - I figured things out on my own. When I was bred for the first time, I learned the literal hard way about the knot. Despite the most unbearable pain I'd ever experienced, I went back for more.
Anyway, I thought that would be a good icebreaker. Looking forward to many chats and conversations with y'all!
