I have when I was active. And I've turned to look behind me and opened my mouth to my pup to while he was mounted & knotted. I feel a strong closeness when I do, plus it feels super hot getting filled and licking tongues/getting your mouth licked.
 
I do, have made out with mine as well and like most others it is missionary position it most commenly happens but I admit to some other just random small make out sessions

All the time, lol! I hate it when it gets to that point because it means that I have to stop because it hurts but i dont want to.
