how do you get banned?
is it normal we can still see banned message?
what can you do while banned?
can you be unnbanned?
how long last the ban?

By breaking the rules.

Unless the post was responsible for the ban, or the user so egregiously spam that the mods purge everything.

what can you do while banned?

Login and see a page telling you you're banned and don't have permission to access the content, and contact admins.

can you be unnbanned?

Some bans are temporary and are lifted after a preset period, depending on the infraction. Admins might considered an appeal depending on the infraction or proof that it was in error.

Breaking the rules either in a spectacular way once or multiple times accumulating warning points over time.

The person banning you decides how long the ban will be.
