Just wanted to wish everyone a happy national coming out day, and for those thinking about coming out, just be aware of the potential risks that come with it. Don't feel pressured, coming out is something we all need to decide for ourselves based on our individual scenarios. I long for a day where every zoosexual can come out and be accepted for who they are, no matter what place they live. For now, I'll end with a quote I found about today that I think fits almost everyone.

I think most zoos are not willing to come out of the closet because the anti-zoo laws are so bad. (The social rejection of zoo is pretty bad, but not as bad as all these laws).

Anti-zoo laws mandate the confiscation of one's animals, fines, prison, sex offender registration, not being allowed to own animals again, etc. These laws are wrong and irrational, but no one is fighting them. Today, Wisconsin's legislature made sex with animals a felony in that state (up until now, it has been a misdemeanor).

Every year, sex with animals is legal in fewer and fewer places. This is probably why so few zoos come out of the closet.

Anyone in a hurry to "come out" needs to rethink that.

I live in one of the few states that are left where it is not against the law. That is only because there is no law on the books that says anything about it unless they come at you with animal abuse charges. I'd bet that before the end of 2020 we will have a law against it too.

When they get a law against it in every state then they will say groups that support it online or anywhere else are conspiring to do a felony or some such shit and then we won't even be able to talk about it.

We don't even take pictures around here and as I said right now it is still legal here. That said I just advise to keep your mouth shut about it.

Weird coincidence I've never heard of national coming out day until now but I had been planning on telling my best friend tonight. Still going to do it if we hang out, I know he won't tell anyone, but I'm not sure how he will react. It will surely come as a surprise.

There are people debating openly and there was news about zoophiles who vowed to fight back after Germany re-bans. I see but that is also why they are winning, agree risk are higher but their never going to be lower if everyone stay closeted. Worst case scenario you will be pushed to dark web and vet checks became stricter, any sexual contact would be known whenever you go to them for any treatment.
