Going through times where I’m SUPER into this and other times where it’s in the back of my mind

Am I the only one who this happens to? I’m ftm 27yo and I go through times where this part of my sexuality is in the back of my mind and then other times where I’m practically obsessing over this (like lately)

This isn’t just a fetish for me WHATSOEVER because I genuinely fall in love with dogs, my shepherd is my partner and he has been for 9 years but lately I’ve been on this website every single day, watching videos and trying to connect with people (not for hookups but for genuine connections)

How do yall feel?
 
I feel the same way. Sometimes the desire for my dog is so overwhelming. I really like my boy very much. But sometimes I don't really care. The same goes for people. Even if I only do it marginally. I only care about people once a year.

I have the exact same feelings literally. Sometimes I can go months without doing anything with him and then other times I want him so bad (my current living situation doesn’t give me much privacy to have fun with him). Although he is neutered and only like handjobs anyway but I still love doing that for him. I also sometimes just want to give him very romantic kisses and spooning him but I can’t do that right now either

For human partners I’m the same as you, I’ll lose interest and regain interest very rarely. I don’t really date but every now and then I’ll get on dating apps and talk to people for a few months before blocking them all
