I think something's wrong with my penis, I can't really uncap my tip without pain. It wont go all the way, I think my prepuce is too narrow for my tip.
Does anyone feel the same ? Or if you're a girl have you ever been with a man that has this problem ?

Have a look into phimosis. I've known people with the same condition. It can be sorted out so don't worry too much.

It is fairly common, don't worry, there are some simple things you can do to take care of it as mcr suggests... sometimes it just takes a bit of time and effort

I can't pull it back all the way without it hurting unless I lube up. To be able to expose the mushroom head like circumsized men have, I need to be lubed up otherwise it will hurt
