I first started to realize I was a zoo when I watched a few movies as a kid featuring a pretty famous Kodiak grizzly bear actor, "Bart" the bear. Some of his notable films included The Bear (1988), Legends of the Fall (1994) and The Edge (1997). I loved everything about this beautiful ursine; his size, his intimidating-but-gentile nature, and his expressive personality. I remember catching a few interview clips on 2000s NatGeo and Animal Planet with his human "trainer," Doug and envying the bond they both shared; watching them wrestle together, seeing Bart always accompanying Doug by his side everywhere he went, watching Doug let this massive grizzly kiss him right on the mouth (yes, really). I had many wet dreams growing up, usually involving wrestling, naked with him before the wrestling eventually evolved to a 1,500 pound apex predator taking my virginity. Unrealistic fantasy, I know, but a boy could dream lol.
