I've read some posts, comments and even watched some videos of people making out with their dogs. So, I wanted to know how safe this is, and if you do it is there anything you do before both of you start making out, also how it feels. Thanks in advance, guys.

Dogs mouth are generally “cleaner” than a humans but they get into some nasty stuff. Give at least 30min where they are in a “sanitary” environment before you do anything.
Depends on the size of the dog and their relationship with you.
