It's a pretty hard silicone. You can use it, but it's not nearly as pleasant as TPE.

Unfortunately I can/will personally attest that the Alien and Bigfoot Lady are awesome. The issue is with too many silicone masturbators is that they're too firm. TPE can be made VERY soft. The material Fleshlights are made from is proprietary.
Also you should explore @DarkFantasiesToys canine toys. They work with probably the softest silicone that can be cast. Hope this helps.

It’s from china so you don’t know what they put in it and it’s a knockoff of one from a different company.
If you want something that comes close try werewolf verksted. They might not have the fur on their toys but the combination of different levels of softness in the toy is something that no other company has done. Usually a company uses a single silicone throughout the toy but they have three levels of softness in the toy. If I remember correctly the inside can’t be used by itself because it is so soft
