Does anyone have any interview scans of Bodil?

I feel like she is someone I relate to a lot. I would love if anyone has any archive interviews of her just talking. I know her life ended up very isolated. I wonder if she was also autistic like me 😢

I had heard she was a loner at times and did not seek fame. I was a teenager when she first began filming in Europe.

After thinking about it I do agree that she likely was a very high operating autistic. She was very task oriented where she simply would not stop until her task or goal was accomplished. Yet this could be some other issues or personality disorders.

I think she was amazing and I'm very proud of her freedom and boldness to adventure for us on film.

Here are my two cents on it based on the documentaries and information about her I have seen. One is in the first post.

She "loved" animals, which she eventually abused and neglected as well. That led to her animals dying or being killed by the authorities. What a legend. The Bodil films also according to the limited clips shown in the documentary were borderline animal abuse or animal abuse including live insertions. (classic commercial crap stuff). And even chicken fucking done by a man not her due to the lack of proper equipment.
She even sold her animals for sex to tourists.

I absolutely do not recognize Bodil as any sort of a zoo hero. She was not a very good person. She was an drunk zoo-out-of-spite, who eventually had a human partner and a child. Not a zoophile, she had no skills she could use to make money, except having a body that she could display to men for money.
Obviously she had no issues with sexually exploiting animals for profit either in commercial porn.

Thank you for sharing this and yes she did seem like someone who I would have liked to have met as a person! Its seems a bit lonely to have her as a hero as someone in my 20s!!

Oh my.. I didn't know this at all. That completely changes everything for me 😭 Fuck... I feel so stupid now
 
To me she was more a poor and unhappy soul who was taked advantage by everyone, porn industry first intil she was totally broken.

And no. She was not good at business or planning, for sure

I feel like I've had my whole perception turned upside down tbh by what people have said above about her

Remembered watching a documentary including her films
Got quite upset when everything started spiraling downhill
