I explained already in your other thread. It's fine to do it, when you do not expose others involuntary to it.
Sadly, the point of cross dressing is to show others, atleast most of the time.
I personal think, that woman's clothing does not look good on men. The body proportions stretch the fabric in places where they shouldn't, making it look terrible. Woman's clothing are designer to fit woman, and woman are in general less bulky everywhere.
