To answer your question, I'd think Mini should be small enough, if you are too worried you can order it in soft.
But generally I would recommend to buy a few cheep non-zoo toys in different sizes first, to see what works.

Hi so i dealt with figuring out the sizes firsthand. The regular is a lot bigger than one might think with the flare being approximately the size of a closed fist. The mini is very small, at least for what one might one from a horse flare. the small is the best in my opinion, being small enough to not destroy your ass, but big enough to be really satisfying. Theyre also really comfortable, ive had mine in for 4+ hours before. If youve never, the feeling of the flare popping out is absolutely amazing and i highly recommend it

Okay, your post is the one that I have been looking for. When you were wearing your plug for those 4+ hours, did it feel like something that could be manageable to wear while walking around without it just spontaneously slipping out or constantly working it's way free? Also is the base soft/comfy enough to keep in while sitting for an extended time like say in an office chair? I am looking to buy the small for a couple times a week play and buying a mini as a daily wear plug around the house and possibly even when going to the grocery or when I go to work and sit at a desk.
The idea of stealthily having a horse cock (even if just the head) inside me while chatting with coworkers just drives me up the wall. But if it is not easily doable without a butt plug harness for the walking or if it is uncomfortable to sit on the base while working then I would have to only buy the one toy for at home play.

Yeah theres no way that its slipping out. The flared head provides more than enough of a seal. I was just sitting at home with it in, myself, but in the small amounts ive walked around with it it felt pretty comfy to do so. The base is probably one of the more comfortable ive had. The silicon doesn’t irritate and the curve of it fits nicely with the body
