A lot of people seem to forget that if u want/need an animal companion and love cattle but live on the north pole like north europe, russia, alaska or canadian northern territories, there's a a particular. 2 types of cattle and that can handle the extreme cold weather. The first one is the highland cow and the second one is the eastern yak.
The highland cow is best for formal lifestyle as a companion.
The YAK is an animal that can handle extreme weather, doesnt require almost no hay as they eat natural food from the north arid regions can go long trekks as you ride it and can withstand alaskan temperatures were other animals will perish in the cold. Just my two cents on them
