Back in the day, we'd call it a pocket-pussy. This one is apparently supposed to look like a deer's ass/pussy. Having been with the actual article more than once, I'm not much of a fan of this item. Superficially, it's a reasonable facsimile, but not all that impressive compared to the real thing.

To be fair, is any pocket pussy impressive when compared to the real thing?

American meat does more work on accurate sculpting than any other company in the space, I think they deserve props for that.
