What if the general feeling is that yeah, I do practice bestiality, but do not consider it a fetish.

Personally, it is because of the love I feel for animals that drives me to be intimate with them, rather than that intimacy driving me towards affection.

I asked myself the same at the beginning.
Especially because I had the feeling many people here judge very negatively when you are not zoo, and just have this as a fetish. But that doesn't mean I do not like animals, its just, that I could never truly "love" them like in a realtionship.

I think as long as you treat an animal with respect, do not force them in any way and dont see them as a sexual toy, there is no problem having this as a fetish "from time to time". Its important to see them as a living feeling being, so they cant be just objects.
And fixation... that is an interessting thought. To prefer something doesn't mean automatically you have a fixation to it. Fixation is: if you have an exclusive thinking about it. I had a friend once, she only dated blonde guys, thats a fixation. Objectification to a fixation: that is just overthinking, sorry.

The same it is vice versa, there is no problem in being zoo, as long the relationship etc. is not forced.

So no, I dont think you are out of place at all. It is just a board with different people and opinions, and it is yours alone how you let random people from the internet affect your life. So I prefer to "lurk" and read most of the time, then going into permanent discussions and argumentations with people that I couldnt change anyway, not to mention the countless accussions from many people here.

You (and a few more) are out of place brcause there isca bug lot of people here for the fetish, but still a little percentage actually feel NOT fetish about it.

Ditto on treating animals with respect. For me, it's not really a lifestyle more than it is a sexual experience; I think of it kinda like having FWB but with an animal pal. You still gotta love them and respect them, but... Why not also have a lil fun?
