I'm a recovering alcoholic, Been sober for around a year now. Use to drink a lot though.

Got slightly drunk on the 15th birthday of a school friend. That's feeling was so incredible undesirable, that I still to this day can't understand how someone can enjoy beeing drunk. You just become a passenger in your own body, and you can't hit the break while your body recklessly drives on autopilot.

Never touched alcohol since that night. Tastes horrible anyway.

Iam now 35 and have incredible steady hands and awesome hand eye coordination, what realy benifits my job as a carpenter.

i used to drink quite heavily , before i stopped almost completely {still like to have a few drinks on my birthday} i was drinking a fifth of usually rye whiskey per day. but it started causing issues with my stomach (bleeding ulcers) so drinking was replaced with drugs instead , seems to be better for me as i function a hell on a lot better with stimulants than whiskey , plus you can achieve an incredible amount of stuff if you only have to sleep once every 9 to 12 days , sometimes a bit more if i lose track of when the last time i slept was.
