I'm sad. I really genuinely am.
There was a member who came to this place last year. Unsure about her feelings and trying to learn about herself.
She had a lot going on and it was genuinely a joy to see her slowly grow, learn about herself and become more confident in who she was and wanted to be. Every chat was a blast no matter the topic and we absolutely learned a lot from each other.
I could see healing happening and strength growing over the months and a change in attitude and it was heartwarming.
It wasn't sudden, we had a chance to say proper goodbyes here. And now the account is closed as planned. But it's still bittersweet, I've lost contact with a friend, but I also know she's going to go on to live a good and happy life and I couldn't wish for anything more.
Just felt like I needed a little vent. Emotions are hard no matter how mature, understanding, and ready you think you might be.
Anyway that's my little ramble over.
