Big knot vs giving birth?

So lately I've been watching some awesome videos of girls and their pull-outs and it made really wonder... How is child labor painful to some and a series of elated orgasms for others but no one has a complaint with taking a knot? Now before you say anything in response just think about it for a moment, most dogs are the same size if not bigger than some children that are born. Lol no, let's take Great Dane for example, as it is often refered to have one of the largest penises. Their knot girth is said to be around 9-10 inches, while newborn's head circumference is 14-15 inches. Also, and perhaps more importantly, while the newborn is meant to go through, the knot is meant to stay in before it starts to shrink.

The knot stretches only a small section of the vagina, a highly stretchable formation. A baby has to pass through the cervix, a structure evolved to stay water tight, and the entire birth canal. There's also the whole labor aspect, countless muscles cramping and squeezing for hours on end to force the baby through the tight passages.

I'm a man and even if I were a woman I'd never have a fucking child, so most certainly can't speak from experience, but pretty sure the child passing through the vaginal opening is the absolute least of the pain.
