How do I post an html quiz?

I seriously doubt this forum software allows you put inline HTML/JS code on it, as that is a massive security risk.
If you are posing using the "code" thing in the text box, then that is simply a formatting tag.

To post a poll, in the "post thread" page there is a "poll" tab that you can use.

I do not think implementing your own code, that would run via a post is possible here.
Would you be able to create a quiz on your end for members to take? What I originally planned to do was post an example for staff to get an idea of my concept for (insert species here) quizzes on basic body language highlighting stress signals in particular, and sex ed quiz aimed at helping to curb bad practices and unintentional coercion and abuse which as we know is rampant thanks to shitty commercial porn and zoonoobs perpetually mimicking, posting that content, and contuing the trends, misinfo and blurring the lines between zoophilia, gooner fetishism and zoosadism.

They could have pics, embedded videos and other visuals. If it can be setup where a quiz taker's results can be posted anywhere like a badge of honor like I've seen from some quiz sites, then that could help spread it around and attract zoos from inside and outside ZV to the education threads for their "study material". What do you think?

Dangit. That sucks. Well plan B is using a quiz provider that doesn't censor and hostnon a different site. Any ideas? Think any Staff would be interested in such a project? I think this could be big if we invited the entire ZV community folks who've posted helpful tips in the how-to sections to partake in the creation of it, providing the content and be credited on the quiz/site itself if they want. Essentially a ZV community project.

It would have to be always available, maintainable and there is not really any incentive for anyone to take it.
I don't understand what you mean by available and maintable being a problem, we'd just need zoo-friendly hosting and a simple wordpress plugin from what I can tell from the free options out there.

As for incentive, bragging rights? Competition? Curiosity? The desirability of edutainment? Desire to learn? Desire to unlearn lies that harm our nonhuman partners? Human nature? That's just off the top of my head.

We do not have that, do we?
ZV runs on a server, that is barely maintained by it's owner, that has been last seen online a year ago.
Getting a different hosting is not fun if you want to do int anonymously. I do not even know how to do that.
If you wanted to host it on the same server, good luck persuading the owner to do it. Floofy can barely even contact him to fix ZV.
Using some already available google forms or something like that is not a good idea as those are someone else's computers and not trusted.

If you want to try doing that in at least some way, try something like this.

Putting up a badge is impossible, the sever can not process who completed the quiz.
99% of people here are here for porn only.
How many times have you seen a thread asking something, that was explained in depth years ago in a pinned how to thread?

I think the admin account is also his, so it would be logical, and they log in to it more often.
He can modify files on the server without logging into Xenforo.

Regardless, the big problem is that he doesn't want to do it, he doesn't want to hand it over to someone else. This will cause the death of the forum.

And then there's an independent problem of whether the increased server expenses can be collected from the subsidies. If not, then next year the extra services that are against attacks will not be paid for and the forum will be completely paralyzed. 🤷‍♂️

Users don't really want to understand that the forum might be closed next year. 🤷‍♂️

Everything has a finite life. Even this place. We might even be less easy to target if we aren't all concentrated in one place. If the above is true, best advice is ....start collecting emails of your friends at leisure, instead of a panic. We've all seen what happened with BF... Beaker tried to do the right thing , by destroying that database. The Pirates got it wholesale, for free, including user names and associated emails. I don't think we shoild let that happen again

Let's make some arrangement to blow the files up forever if the place does go down.

I actually forgot this was still a looming threat. I think if a "countdown to forum closing" was started, donations could pickup.

What about whatever Zoocadia's server setup is?

If you want to try doing that in at least some way, try something like this.
Something like this could sort of partially work if there's a way to A. censor a portion of text and have it visible on demand by reader and B. be able to have multiple polls like this in one post, or somehow group similar polls together. Suggestions?

I didn't mean literally a site "badge" I was speaking figuratively, bagde of honor, showing off their score. All that's needed is html output for the quiz taker at the end of the quiz to post their results openly like a couple popular quiz sites used to.

Alternatively, if there's a way to have a public scoreboard that maybe could accomplish the same goal?
99% of people here are here for porn only.
People who want to successfully have an intimate relationship with a nonhuman partner have incentive to learn how to do it the right way and avoid doing it the wrong way. Why else would all the half-dumb how-to text and video guides out there be so popular, mimicked and shared repeatedly over the decades up to today?

Plus, I called it edutainment for a reason, it will have porn in it! Showing instead of just telling, the difference between correct and incorrect, and making a GAME out of it! For example, you have a collage of 5 sex scenes (gifs) in front of you. All but one are showing improper canine dick handling, and you're asked, "which one or ones show the proper handling technique to avoid the dog's discomfort?". You know like that sort of thing. It would be really engaging and interesting for any zoo! That's part of why I believe it will make a difference and help shine, and maintain, a brighter light on the dark aspects of zoosexuality that always get missed and swept under the rug.
How many times have you seen a thread asking something, that was explained in depth years ago in a pinned how to thread?
I briefly explained this problem to some mods a while back, the biggest problem forums and chats have had with educating zoos, or educational content period, is information organization. Yah you have the original posts. Walls of text os the first problem. Second and biggest problem is the comments which contribute greatly to diving deeper through tips and perspectives not mentioned in the post, Q&A that clarifies things, provides more vital info and brings up more pertinent questions that get asked and answered....all of this scattered everywhere ramdomly, intermixed with and hidden in hundreds upon hundreds of useless comments, pages upon endless pages! All the information is there for creating the world's most awesome, comprehensive Ultimate Guide To Zoo! All we need is to compile the information into a readable format that doesn't require weeks of sifting through comments and old forgotten, yet equally important, thread posts. Because it's not just the comments we need to source info from, there's many other individual, smaller posts that have useful info not mentioned in th pinned posts!

Basically what we need is either someone with a lot of time or fast, accurate reading skills to sift through all this, or with a good gpu who can train a serverless private AI chatbot, to compile all this scattered data for the posts in the education section to be edited, right?

Then these major education posts could be re-edited with:

citation of the contributing ZV users, which I think that could be appealing to many of the zoos who've contributed and want to

more pics, illustration and formatting to make it easier on the eyes and brain

converted into pdf for easy sharing (to combat all the shitty how-to documents that have made their rounds many times over online throughout the years), having it stamped with the Zooville logo and listing all contributing members.

a video version made of each major how-to for those who have trouble reading at length, like for people with learning disabilities. Real easy to do that nowdays! It could just simply be the same series of pics in the original posts with someone or an AI doing the narration.

This has been a major ongoing barrier to essential education in the zoo community. It's not so much unwillingness to learn, because they have all the incentive they need. It's just not properly organized and formatted for learning efficiency and clarity.

HUH?? This is the first I've heard about BF usernames and emails being leaked! Where was this publicly talked about? What can us former BF members do at this point if we were using regular email accounts back then? I don't even know if I have access to those old accounts anymore though it's been on my to-do list to get my old data from them, should I avoid trying to do that at this point? I didn't switch to safer email (protonmail) until I signed up here.

Why would anyone tell you? And the entire BFData base was (or is) posted here. In a lump, not piecemeal. Where did you think all the picture sets and such with BF watermarks came from? Santa? And it isn't like I didn't scream blue murder about it.

No need to be an ass. There was never a pinned warning post warning BF zoos about leaked email accounts associated with the usernames, and I've been here since the beginning. Under a different account previous to this one until I lost access to my passwords for this site and the associated email account and had to start over. So again I ask, where was this discussed?

Where it was discussed is in the open, except what I discussed with our fearless leader.

You never bothered to worry about it before.Try doing your own digging. Particularly, the Posted BF Database ...who had it to post, and when. The Why isnt a mystery.

It is their server, separate from ZV.

It is no about the poll, but the clickable links in the posts.

With current software the forum will not be counting anything for you.

Quiz is impossible unless you kinda make something that sort of works similar with the tools the forum does have.
