Hell, it should be 30 days to start a thread.
Agreed in general, but I do think the Introductions forum should still be open to new users.Hell, it should be 30 days to start a thread.
with that mindset and that many years here... yes and deservedDarn going to be a lurker forever
Whilst I do tend to take post-count to length of time on the forum into consideration when arranging a meet - you do also have to factor in that, like myself, they may have had a higher post count at one point but a lot could have been wiped out in the purge a few months ago, or any previous purges. This surely cant however compensate for 4+ years and <10 posts? Surely people have opinions and thoughts that they can voice to bring this to a more balanced amount whilst still posting something of value and not spamming "hot" everywhere?with that mindset and that many years here... yes and deserved
u need to invest very litte time/efford and thats still to much for u?
Given the nature of this site, I don't really see how such a thing could possibly be implemented in a realistic way. Even the type of minimal verification done by dating apps would be a massive security issue here. And I doubt the owners here really want this to turn into some sort of zoo-tinder in the first place. It would be nice to have an "alternative" way of members being verified as genuine to just their post count and quality of posts/time here.
That is how it should be; people taking time to actually interact with the community.Surely people have opinions and thoughts that they can voice to bring this to a more balanced amount whilst still posting something of value and not spamming "hot" everywhere?
Does this mean I will lose my privilege to send a PM to someone if I haven't posted 150 so far?
- To be able to access PMs (Private Messages) you must now make at least 20 posts AND you must be a member for at least 30 days on the forum.
You must get 150 posts on the forum AND you must be a member for 60 days to be able to send pictures in PM.
This was your 10th post, so you didn't have permissions prior to this post to lose undrr the old 10 requirement in the first place.Does this mean I will lose my privilege to send a PM to someone if I haven't posted 150 so far?

No, go back just a bit, Floofie responded to me and explained the mechanics of how the 2 changes were made and why the original batch are exempt from the changes.Accounts made before July 13th 2021 were exempt from the original 10 post PM restrictions, I don't know if the new restrictions apply to the older accounts or not![]()
Thank you for the clear explanation.Hello ZooVille!
I'm just giving everyone a heads up that the user privilege permissions have been updated on the forum, along with some other changes to the layout.
NEW User Permissions:
- To be able to access PMs (Private Messages) you must now make at least 20 posts AND you must be a member for at least 30 days on the forum.
- Further restrictions have also been applied to the PM + Pictures privilege. You must get 150 posts on the forum AND you must be a member for 60 days to be able to send pictures in PM.
- Note: that if you do not meet these new requirements, you may lose access to the ability to send new PMs until you meet both thresholds.
PMs are not a right, they are a privilege that needs to be earned. While setting the bar to 10 posts did cut down on lurker spam, it's become obvious that it's too easy for people to spam 10 posts and then start breaking rules in PMs. While 20 is not a hard number of posts to reach, there's nothing that can be done to subvert father time. You must be patient.
Logged Out / Guest Forum Access:
- The ability to read the forum while you are logged out as been revoked. You'll now see the forum categories, but they will all be set to private.
- This excludes the "ZooVille - News and Announcements" section of the forum, which will still be visible to Guests / Logged Out users.
- The ability to use the search function while a Guest / Logged Out has been revoked. Only members with a valid account may use the search function.
- "ZooVille.org News and Announcements" has been renamed to "ZooVille - News and Announcements" this is because "ZooVille.org" is a locked domain, and I don't think the registrar is going to give it back to us. You may also notice that this section is it's own category now and no longer a part of the general section. This was the only way to unlock it for Guests / Logged Out users.
These changes are mainly due to privacy and user safety concerns. To view the forum you HAVE to be a member of the forum. Due to the nature of zoophilia and bestiality, and due to the fact that this is the largest forum about these topics, we believe having an account should be a bare minimum requirement.
Thank you for your understanding on the matter.
Oh yes, I have been active here for a very long time. But I never had the courage to actively participate until very recently. I have to decided to be more open about it and accept who I am. But that change will definitely help the community towards positive interactions.u urself have not enough posts xD but because old acc u have the rights
