And speaking of Fast Transport....Wm F Cody was a Pony rider, while the Pony Express lasted. It was only active for a year, before the Telegraph made it obsolete in 1862. The picture dates from 1886. For those who are interested, I know most of the Pony Route from North Platte, Nebraska to Sacramento, California....and Free tours are available to adults whose names start with K, P, or R. All others are negotiable at very competitive Rates.....
