The U.S. Coast Guard training ship, "Eagle."
Sailing under wind power has always been, and still is, part of the Coast Guard Academy curriculum.

LOL...its called "learning the Ropes"? and knots too. I think the logic is that if they can sail the Eagle, they can sail anything. The Eagle was originally called SSS Horst Wessel, and was a training Vessel for the Kriegsmarine, (German Navy). We took it as a War Reparation. Quite a Barky.
