try sleeping in just panties on the best sheets you can afford. It’s so luxurious and the higher the thread count, the silkiernit feels! Unfortunately, the higher the thread count, the more expensive the sheets.

But I've tried everything and it just doesn't work, including I spending two weeks' paychecks on sheets. I think it's more in my head than anything, from earlier in my life. So I wear a t-shirt or don't sleep.
