Picture/Clip Post Magazine (New Joiners Read 1st post)

but my mother remembered them delivering Beer to her parents Inn in the thirties and forties....And there were still produce guys with these guys pulling wagons in Brooklyn, when I was a just a lil wrangler. If I can get a pic tonight, Ill throw it in here.
This was a city beer factory, -big brand and still in production today- which had delivery wagons. Enough privisions to keep Homer there almost half the weekend ?

They somehow kept this one,and restored, comes out on parades with 4 or 6 horses pulling, I think (I should have better photograps somewhere. Video, with the horses for sure)

This other was added recently. A vermout company, but looks more like new.

At this parades horses are quite exchangable, in the sense people keeping historical wagons usually do not keep horses,. Then people bringing their horses, usually have quite simple wagons for training them. They likely get an agreement ?

Even a "Friendly" Lion can be every bit the predator that all cats are. Even housecats who've never been outdoors will seek to kill flies, moths and other household pets; one of mine used to eat them... I hope that pic was photoshopped; if it wasn't, she'll likely be dead of heart-failure by now, if nothing else. The Swahili don't call a lion "Death in the Tall Grass" for nothing.

My guess is photoshopped

One last brief Visit to the Rodear for the "Bulls n blood and the dust n mud": We call this thing Bull Riding...all of the pics I've posted this go-round are mine from the show this year....THIS is a pro shot....They don't allow anyone on the arena floor that isnt a working official or a pro Photographer. But it will give some idea of the sheer snot-flinging POWER of North American-bred Bulls. I'd estimate el Toro here at about 2300lbs. That rider might go 200. Some of the riders are flinging snot by the Buzzer. Bull's name is 'Knuckles'...Can't find a rider's name, and the photog is also unknown. ADIOSA, Reno Rodeo 202320230625_123036.jpg

Dude Ranches were big in the 40s and 50s....Honestly, I'd love to work one of these places. Back then Reno was a western Divorce Capital. The Ladies had to establish a six- month residency, before filing, and Dude Ranches were a preferred spot.FB_IMG_1687755211533.jpg
