Men, have you ever wonder why women choose to be with their dogs instead with men!?
It's more common than what it seems, most women won't say anything but in all reality a lot of them have tried zoo at least once and many stayed with it as a lifestyle a lot keeps it private others like me can say openly I love it.

Yes. Somewhere in their past a lot of fenales have gotten the curiosity bug, and may have been helped along by horniness, alcohol, substances, accident, or otherwise. The outcone is whether or not they stayed with it or caved into societal pressure that "It's wrong".
What you do in your private time is exactly that.... Private. It's your business, but if you wish to share, than that is and should be a positive thing.
I have talked to countless girls over the past who have casually admitted to "I let my dog lick me 'once'", but won't admit continuing because of the taboo from 'society'.

I know why they would rather be with them than me.

Better stamina and no debilitating psychiatric issues liable culminate in permanent self-destruction. Those are just a couple reasons, anyway.

The curiosity bug helped along with a little boredom and horniness got me to try the 1st time. It happens. Especially if you think you can keep it a super secret.

And then…it happens again, because it was fun, erotic, taboo, scary, and felt good.

And then it happens again, for all the reasons above plus it’s exciting now. I think it is still a very small number of people that have tried, but people try it, find it fun and erotic and stay with it. And most importantly keep it a super secret
 
How about two people who are good at communicating their needs to each other including this do it as a journey together? Yes, I am more attracted/turned on by dogs, but I love my husband the most out of anything living.

Many women who have sex with their dog do not refuse to have sex with men. Even if some remain only in dogs, it does not mean that the problem is in men. Lesbians choose women also not because men are bad. Choose what is more acceptable, what "drives". For example the fact that I choose as partners only women who promote BDSM does not mean that I do not like others, I really like them, but they are more into BDSM. Why bother with what "don't drives" :)

I agree with this. A smaller percentage are Zoo exclusive, of the women that do have sex with dogs. Dr. Hani Miletski's work found this. Most of the women that were zoo sexually active also had human partners at overlapping times in their life. Most of them, but not 100% of them. I think 11 women participated in her study.
 
It all depends on what the woman is looking for from an encounter. Dogs are terrible at pillow talk, but then so are many men. :) Same with candlelit dinners. I've talked with many women over the years about just this question. I think most women want both, a dog or two (maybe more) and a man who can accept her dog habits. Ideally a man who'd encourage her.
 
Lol I don't think it boils down to being chosen over men.

Granted sometimes that's the case but it's in a case by case basis.

I'm a man who chooses to enjoy the company of men and animals; I find the ability to find pleasure and connection in both.

The concern may come in part from sexual discussions we hear on YouTube or podcasts where one partner generally has the libido for sex only 3X per week, on average. Looking at it from a libido limit, people might wonder where their regular human/human sex would fit in.

Years of being in this community leads me to believe that women into this, on average, have a higher average than non-zoos. On top of that, the mental perspective that they will get such a different experience from sex with a dog or pony, then later with a man, explains how the guy in the relationship should not worry. There will be enough desire to go around.

As a guy in his lower 40's now, I wonder if the zoo in question is male, and the sex he gives to his human partner requires an erection, if the equation is exactly the same? I myself can remain horny for 2 weeks at a time, but I can't do that if I ejaculate daily. After a couple of back to back days of ejaculating, I'll be focused on some other hobby for a week or more.

In short, those who receive penetration likely have more ability to share their intimate abilities, compared to those that do the penetrating with a penis. I'm sure there's some major exceptions on either side of that, but..... It's how it seems to me.
