That rule exists. And the bans are not just because of CP, the banned sites also include stolen content, commercial stolen content and animal abuse. The CP portion is usually small or just in the form of adverts and not actual content.
We do not want to give platform to sites that do fuck all about animal abuse and serve it to people.

That would be nice, but it is completely in the realm of fiction considering that this is a small forum containing a tiny fraction of their visitors.

Yes, I do have a tendency to stretch a phrase into a sentence, a sentence into a paragraph, and a paragraph into a book. LOL one of my favorite authors is James Joyce, champion of the run-on sentence. LOL. Anyway, thanks for the explanation; I find the moderators, and almost everybody on this site for that matter, to be very free and open with communications and responsiveness.
 
Most all sites are using stolen contents. Back in 2007 Visa and MasterCard stop processing payments for zoo contents. In doing so lots of pirated sites started popping up. Big corporations running the show not government.

If you link a "clean" video from such a site, you are giving them clicks and views too, so you are giving them support and money too, to a site that also contains prohibited materials. That's a big no.
