If you look thru the threads that are still there, and there are a few, just take a look at the number of banned accounts in each thread, mostly for stolen pictures. Before long, the ones that still exist will be just as full of banned catfish accounts as the purged ones were.okay, I see.
I couldn't agree more.Hi,
I absolutely cannot understand the ill-considered decision to delete all personal ad and meetup threads and posts. What kind of signal does this send to users when their posts are deleted after less than a day? I think this is a sure-fire way to scare users away and chase them off. Even if the threads are a week, a month or a year old, you can't tell from their age alone whether they have been dealt with.
And the many deleted posts in the Bestiality Discussion section contained important knowledge for reference. Apart from that, a lot of work went into the posts; I alone spent many hours researching, which were now wasted. Users feel that their commitment to the forum and other users is not really appreciated.
I strongly doubt that this will increase their motivation to get involved and help others. Why invest effort if there is a risk of deletion? Users will then limit themselves to very superficial posts.
ExactlyAs an admin and moderator in one forum for 25 years and a visitor and active member in around 200 other forums over the years, I can say that other forums never delete users' knowledge or specialist posts, as this is precisely what makes forums attractive.
When other forums want to clean up, they try to get rid of inactive members, for example. They are notified and told that if they do not log in within a specified period, their account and posts will be deleted.
This alone would remove a lot of ballast from Zooville. Banned or otherwise blocked users and their posts could be deleted without further ado. A similar procedure could be followed for personal ad and meetup threads and posts, but with a time limit. Thread creators are notified when their thread is one year old that it will be deleted and that they should create a new one if necessary.
You speak right from my heart. There are other useful ways to tidy up and make the forum clearer. All Meetup threads should be moved from the discussion sections to the relevant Personal Ad and Meetup sections. Another option would be to close threads with topics or questions that have clearly been resolved to prevent further posts. If users still want to contribute to a closed thread, they can send a private message to the thread creator. However, the thread creator should be allowed to reopen the closed thread if he believes it is not yet resolved. That much tolerance should be granted.
For me, the most important thing is that people talk to each other and don't just act. Most of the crap in the world happens because people don't talk to each other enough.
Kind regards
CdB
You're 8 months late to the party...I couldn't agree more.
Exactly
You speak right from my heart.
Spambots and 1-5 post accounts plus their threads and posts should be treated very different from committed forum users who spend lots of time and effort when posting and replying to other forum members. The age of a thread or post alone say nothing the same goes for a period of inactivity. Some people do a digital detox, need to focus on real-world problems or projects from time to time without permanent distractions from phone or computet notifications, text-messages and stuff like that. Or maybe they live off-grid and have no accessibility to the internet or digital devices and electricity for whatever reasons and for extended periods from time to time. Who knows? Some hermits may have an account here or on some other forums which cover their particular interests? They could live secluded just with their animal partners and away from other humans and the modern society, and only use their account and social media when they visit their friends and family from time to time?
I am so scared to even reply anymore and was forced to reply with GIF's or emojies, I am a user who is trying to keep by the rules , don't post abusive content , or stolen content , trust me those who violates the rules can keep their ranks , I don't discriminate anyone or threaten anyone or post spam messages but they did it a few times to just delete all my posts and it took effort since I joined to - not to get to the highest rank but just work myself up , I first thought it's some random clean up of posts threads but I realized later this is not a clean up , it's a new method for staff members to stoop so low . But this is just a way now how the Administrators and Moderators target members just like they want to for no good reason. It's unethical. Members are discriminated who did nothing wrong. I warn new members who is joining because they too will be stripped of their ranks and will be treated unfair . To report any posts that violates the rules is worthless because they don't appreciate your commitment to help them.Hi,

So a lot of your content was in the personals section...I totally disagree. Suddenly most of my messages is gone , from Esteemed Citizen of Zooville back to Citizen of Zooville, then half of it is replaced then back to Esteemed Citizen of Zooville again , then most of it deleted again back to Citizen of Zooville again . This explains everything.
All members with over 150 comments have full rank, unlimited comment editing, deletion, unlimited pictures in DMs etc. So there's no point in dealing with this.
The biggest loss of comments affected those who wrote in the drooling topics. Anyone who comments here because of animal sex did not have their comment count reduced.

He's literally been whining about it for 3 months straight now. He's even certain the mods are targeting him specifically to keep him from that oh so glorious title. And who the fuck cares about a bunch of jabbering on an internet forum... Get over it -.-
He write to Floofy and add +2000 comments to his counter and then everyone will be happy. He's literally been whining about it for 3 months straight now. He's even certain the mods are targeting him specifically to keep him from that oh so glorious title.
I don't need to proof a point to have a glorious title to my name and never was my intentions . If I was really whining continously for 3 months everyday I would have made 2000 message count but I didn't.He's literally been whining about it for 3 months straight now. He's even certain the mods are targeting him specifically to keep him from that oh so glorious title.
i only see the fluff tornado when its shed-o-seasonsmell this

So what? You're 8 months late to the party...
Too fucking late to be whining. So what?
You're the the one who recited my post and whined about being "too late" for whatever... Maybe start posting something insightful and take part on the discussion instead of indulding in personal attacks and toxic behaviour.Too fucking late to be whining.
You're "too fucking late" because you quoted an 8-month-old post from page 2 of this thread... It's pointless. There's nothing insightful about digging up an old long-dead horse and beating it.You're the the one who recited my post and whined about being "too late" for whatever... Unfortunately this is very common on forums especially ones that can bring negative attention. However it is fun to read even if I try to not intervene myself for my own sanity.Seems like a lot of folks just come here to start drama![]()
