Which of you is playing Resident Evil Village?

New one looks... well, it doesn't feel that much as a Resident Evil tbh, but it is still nice. I like it the way the connected the story to de main timeline, since most of the stuff that happens seems a bit off from scene within the stories themselves (7 and 8).

Maybe soon i'll start playing it
 
Huuuge RE fan, Village scratched so many good spots for me. The environments are more trad RE places leaning more into the RE4 castle aesthetic. The gameplay also feels like a progression of what RE4 brought to the table which is a really impressive thing to do - for me it was totally unexpected because I didn't care for RE7
 
It's good. But it's a farcry from how the series started. I'm not one to dislike change but the newest title feels more like an action thriller rather than a horror game. It has aspects of both but I feel like it's leaning into the action more.
