Turn off geolocation on your phones when you shoot zoo porn!

A massive number of people who post on the forum post their photos with the exact GPS location embedded in the file.
Your phone saves that into the photos.
Turn this feature off or you are literally doxing yourself.
Anyone who has an account here can trivially easily download large volumes of photos and automatically extract your location from it.
The forum is not effective at removing file metadata.

TURN OFF GPS TAGGING IN YOUR PHONE CAMERA.

If your'e using Windows, you can right click on the file and go to properties. There select "Create a copy with all possible properties removed". Double check the new file to make sure it doesn't have any information under that tab.

Also remember to change the name of the files. Some devices save them with time stamp as the name.

One can inspect/edit the exif data using e.g. Exif Pilot. Maybe make it point to 26°40′37″N 80°2′13″W
I do not care what the coordinates are and I will not check each and every picture to see if the position is fake. It will just get deleted.

maybe delete all pictures with gps location and not become the gps location police
The problem is that it is not easy to identify them. You have to download the file and inspect the metadata.
Some people here do that for their own reasons and then report it to us.
But I am not going to download hundreds of files a day to do something you can do yourself before you take a picture to protect yourself.

Why the hell is the forum not automatically scrubbing metadata on all uploaded files in the first place? No one should be relying on the site for their own opsec, but still that's like security 101

There is a plugin for it probably installed but it is not working properly. Mods have no access to the server, so we can not fix it. Even when it was working, it was not 100% reliable. @FloofyNewfie do we still have a plugin for that?

Not entirely, just Jpeg metadata stripping (which was actually left off until I checked just now.) Otherwise, @SloppyTac0 would need to find a suitable add-on.

So you're relying on some random site to be honest with nary an obligation or contract stipulating so? Do I have a bridge to sell you, pal!

How do you verify that said random site hasn't stored your data or passed it on to a LEO? How do you know a site isn't a honeypot designed to gather data?

My guy, assume the worst and don't leak data right from the onset!

There is no point in arguing over this.
The plugin is not very good, so do it yourself because we can not do it for everybody reliably no matter what.
