Move the furry section out of stories & writing or make a new swction.

The Furry section under Stories and Writing has like 3 threads that are actually stories. The rest are general furry questions, and recently nothing but furcon "who's going" threads.

The whole section needs cleanup and/or moved out of Stories (general?). And as for the furcon threads... eeehhh those probably belong either in meetups or nowhere.

I vote giving them their own trashcan.

But under no circumstances eliminating them having their own areas, or they'll turn the entire site into a trash can.
