Has verifying yourself become possible yet?
As what do you want to verify yourself? Human? Male?Has verifying yourself become possible yet?
Male and a zoo. I’ve been trying to meet with people and everyone being verified would be awesomeAs what do you want to verify yourself? Human? Male?
Roughly eighty percent of the users are male, so verifying that isn't super useful. I mean it's quite believable anyway. How would you verify that you are a zoo though?Male and a zoo. I’ve been trying to meet with people and everyone being verified would be awesome
Not sure, gotta be a way thoRoughly eighty percent of the users are male, so verifying that isn't super useful. I mean it's quite believable anyway. How would you verify that you are a zoo though?
i agreed , sometimes i like to talk other women on this website and i dont want to be talk to a guythose are all very valid points, and thank you for that response. i think you all as mods are doing a great job, and i would hate to burden you with more.
and the preferential treatment angle hadn't even occurred to me.
Aren't we social lmao.i agreed , sometimes i like to talk other women on this website and i dont want to be talk to a guy
Just no? Curious as to what your argument is as I can see no negatives other than slightly more moderator time taken away, even though I guarantee they spend more time scrolling the forums looking for things wrong lol
I don’t think you quite understood the suggestion if I’m being honest, what my suggestion was for all the owners already advertising on the meet up page have either a seperate category for verified owners where they can post their ads on what their looking for so people can just DM instead of polluting forums constantly.Because the number of owners that are going to willingly participate in such a thing will be so few that it won't be worth the effort. It's a simple matter of security owners don't want to risk themselves and their mates being outed. Plus people can just rip random pictures of dogs off of the internet claiming to be an owner.
It would be completely up to the owner if they want to do it of course but if your out there looking for volunteers there’s no really going around flakes unfortunately, it’s just a part of life. But what dosent have to be is the people who say their owners purely so they have something to jack off to when people message them about their “dog” it’s just a suggestion anywaySo, you want to be protected against fake owners. What will your loss be if you encuter a fake owner? What will an owners loss be if he encounters a fake Wannabeknotted who turns ou to be a kiwifarmer or a journalist from a tabloid. That verification makes just as much sense.
