I have a suggestion regarding the addition of two new subforums:
An "offtopic" forum located beneath "General Discussion and User Chat". A place to post any topic that doesn't fit into the "zoo" theme.
Yes, we already have the General Discussion forum, but since most threads there are zoo related it feels a bit awkward to post anything else. I personally had an idea for a thread I wanted to post, but I spent a lot of time looking for any rules about weather or not that was allowed, and eventually just decided against posting. An offtopic section would make it more clear, and would allow those not interested to ignore it.
There is also the Dumpster Fire forum, but... people there bite
The second would be a subforum for meta-discussion around creating art. My first thought was to make it specific to writing, but it might as well encompass the AI/Art parts as well. It would give threads like this a place to live:
I could just post such discussions in the main writing forums like the OP above did, but these forums are already a mix of stories and fictional writing, and it can be hard to keep stuff apart. I am personally looking to get into creative writing more, and would enjoy a place to have such discussions. Could also host threads on how to create AI art, how to use AI bots for roleplay/writing and so on.
I understand if you don't want to add these, as they probably will be underused (although based on other forums I've been on over the years, offtopic discussions tend to have its crowd), but I just wanted to put this out there
