St. louis zoo or close

He is intact, almost 5 years old. I've done what I can to try and train him via the guides on here but nothing has worked yet. He does clearly enjoy being jerked and sucked but he doesn't do any humping or thrusting.

Yep, I've had him for about 3 and a half years now and he has never once show any sign of actual sex drive. He's been around a couple females in heat along with me just trying everything I can. He is a pretty stubborn dog so I'm wondering if the people I got him from trained him to never show that behavior. I'm in St. Charles county so not far from ya!
 
I have tried to train him before but I kind of have the mindset of "it's a natural behavior and if he just doesn't have it, he doesn't have it". Obviously if he can learn it that's great but I'm not upset if he never will.

I am busy today unfortunately. Also no disrespect, but I would prefer to talk more and meet in person before hand before getting animals involved in anything. But in the future I would definitely be open to bringing him out.
